My main expertise is ice sheet modeling and I also processed radar data acquired in Roi Baudouin ice shelf. I am interested in the ice dynamics, its sensitivity to the buttressing effect of ice rises, and processes at the ice-ocean interfaces. The climate forcing information in the past can be evaluated from the ice core collected in the coming mission, which is an essential boundary condition of ice sheet models.

Role in the Campaign : I will conduct phase sensitive radar (pRES) measurements at the location of 2017 field season to get the deformation rate of ice around the ice rise. I will also find the highest point of the Western Ice Rise for the new ice core drilling based on global navigation satellite system (GNSS) measurements.

Experience in polar regions : The 2018-2019 Mass2Ant campaign is my first expedition in Antarctica.
